AI coaching over Zoom with Chris Costa

AI can be useful in your law firm. Getting started shouldn't mean figuring everything out alone.

I'm Chris Costa with Legal Search Marketing. My AI coaching package gives you hands-on guidance over Zoom, built around the work you and your team actually do.

We'll walk through tools like ChatGPT or Claude, get your setup in place, and practice a useful task together. You'll learn how to give clearer instructions, check the output, and create a workflow you can use again.

Ready to get started? Let's talk about AI coaching for your firm.

You have seen what AI can do in a demonstration. The harder part is deciding where to start in your own firm—and getting comfortable enough to use the tools yourself.

My AI coaching package is designed around that step. We meet over Zoom and work through the setup and practice together. You can bring a task, a tool you are trying to understand, or a list of questions you have been putting off.

The aim is practical: finish with a clearer understanding of the workflow, how to check it, and what to try next.

Start with a task you already understand

A useful starting point is work you can evaluate yourself. We might practice turning fictional meeting notes into a task list, organizing approved material into an outline, or drafting website copy from information your firm has already cleared for use.

That gives us something concrete to work on. We can compare the output with the original material, identify what is missing, and improve the instructions together.

Get the tools set up for your needs

We can walk through tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and discuss which setup fits the task. You share your screen, work through the steps, and ask questions as we go.

We focus on the tools relevant to your starting point. If a workflow requires a paid subscription, a connected service, or custom development, we identify that separately when scoping the work.

Practice giving instructions and reviewing the result

A useful instruction explains the task, the source material, the desired format, and what the tool should do when information is missing. During coaching, we can adjust those instructions and compare the results.

The review matters as much as the prompt. We look for unsupported additions, missed details, and answers that sound certain despite incomplete information. Initial exercises use public or fictional material. Your firm decides which tools and data are approved for its work.

Make it repeatable for you or your team

Once an example is useful, we can turn it into a short set of steps: what to provide, what to ask for, what to check, and when a person should take over. You can use that as the basis for further practice.

Coaching can focus on an individual lawyer or include members of the team. The tools, session count, fees, and follow-up support are agreed before booking.

Bring one question to the conversation

You do not need a complete AI strategy to begin. Tell me which part of your day you would like help with, which tools you are considering, and where you feel stuck.
